Thank you for shopping at The Fact TV Official. We take pride in providing high-quality digital educational products, planners, and worksheets for kids.
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing ‘Chintu Ka Magic Planner’ or any of our digital bundles, you agree to the terms laid out below.
1. Digital Nature of Products All our products are 100% Digital Downloads (PDF format). No physical items, books, or printed materials will be shipped to your postal address.
2. Cancellation Policy Because our digital products are delivered instantly via email and on the checkout success page immediately after successful payment, we do not accept any cancellation requests. Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, the order cannot be canceled or reversed.
3. No Refund Policy (All Sales are Final) Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the files or the download link has been sent to your email, we cannot issue a refund, process a return, or offer an exchange. Unlike physical goods, a digital file cannot be “returned” once it is downloaded. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if:
You change your mind after purchasing.
You expected a physical book instead of a digital PDF.
You accidentally purchased the same product twice (unless it is a proven technical gateway error).
You do not have a printer or the required software to open a standard PDF file.
4. Exceptions (When We DO Issue a Refund) We value our customers and will only issue a full refund under the following strict conditions:
Duplicate Transaction: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the exact same order due to a technical error with the payment gateway (Razorpay).
Corrupted File: If the downloaded file is corrupted or unopenable, and our support team is unable to provide you with a working replacement link within 48 hours of your complaint.
5. How to Request Help If you face any issues downloading your file, or if you believe you qualify for a refund under the “Exceptions” listed above, please contact us immediately. You must raise the issue within 3 days of your purchase.

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 business hours. If a refund is approved (for duplicate payments), it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
