Since our business specializes in educational materials, planners, and worksheets in digital formats, our delivery process is instant and entirely electronic. Please read the details below:
1. No Physical Shipping All products sold on our website (including ‘Chintu Ka Magic Planner’ and Worksheet Bundles) are 100% Digital Products in PDF or ZIP format.
We do not sell physical books, printed copies, or any tangible items.
Therefore, no physical shipping is required, and no courier or postal delivery will be made to your home or physical address.
2. Instant Digital Delivery (How You Get Your Order) Our digital delivery process is fully automated and designed to give you instant access to your purchase.
On-Screen Download: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), you will be automatically redirected to a “Success Page.” On this page, you will see a direct Download Button to access your files immediately.
Email Delivery: As a backup, a confirmation email containing your receipt and a secure Download Link will be sent to the email address you entered during the checkout process. This email is usually sent within 2 to 5 minutes of a successful transaction.
3. Delivery Timeframe Because the products are digital, the delivery time is essentially Instantaneous. You should have access to your purchased files within minutes of clearing the payment.
4. What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Files? In rare cases, technical glitches or email delivery issues might occur. If your payment was deducted but you did not receive the download link:
